How to add multiple Templates in a single report in BI Publisher

Well, following are the simple steps one need to perform to add multiple templates in a single report using BI Publisher.

STEP # 1: Go to {ORA_BIP_HOME}/xmlp/XMLP/Admin/Reports/{Report_Folder_Name} directory location and make a copy of already existing Template. Rename and Edit the template according to the new requirements.

STEP # 2: Login into BI Publisher's UI and click on "Edit" link of the report for which templates are being created.

STEP # 3: Click on "Layouts" option seen on left. In the right you will find two RTF Template Files but there will be only 1 Template

STEP 4: Click on "New" icon to create a new Template and enter following entries:

Name: Template1_PREF (let's say)

Template: SummaryCustomerReport_PREF.rtf(select from the drop down)

STEP # 5: Now two templates will be available in "View" screen.
