Life of a software engineer

Hi All Dear Software engineers specially who are as frustrated as me. I am not able to burst it out anywhere. 

These Management people don't know how to incorporate better methods of managing a product and its team and blame developers saying,-"What you all developers know hmm?" Suck you all Management people. The only problem is "We can't question at their wrong way of working just because they are our super seniors?" We lower level people can do only one thing,just silently accept their mistakes as our -only solution I see of bearing such sick people :|

You all OLD management people suit better at your home rather than in office cabins.
